The MLA is pleased to offer one complimentary, all access pass per boat building organization to the CEO, President or most senior leadership in the organization and his/her spouse or room guest. This includes a complimentary room for Sunday and Monday Nights (May 3rd and 4th) at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Palm Beach, Florida. You are responsible for booking your travel to Florida. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 8 miles from the hotel. Ft. Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 40 miles from the hotel, and Miami International Airport (MIA) is 65 miles from the hotel.

Registrations are accepted on a “First Come Basis” with very limited availability. Only Twenty-Five “Honored Guest” spots are available. We also have five spots for an additional executive and their spouse or room guest from the same company. The fee for this additional MLA Conference experience is $2,000 per couple. Again, this is only available on a first come basis.

Official MLA events will begin at dinner on Sunday, May 3rd and conclude on Tuesday, May 5th by noon. There is no charge for MLA official events, which will include all meals, content, and conference costs. All guests are encouraged to attend the MLA official events. We respectfully request that guests do not depart early.

We have a limited number of rooms available for early arrivals beginning on Friday, May 1st and late departures departing on Wednesday, May 6th at the group rate. If you want to come early and/or stay late you MUST reserve in advance. These pre & post rooms will be booked on a first come basis. In order to receive this discounted rate, the MLA must book your hotel reservations based on your registration information. You will pay Eau Palm Beach upon check-out for additional nights.

$319.00 per night plus tax

CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellations made after February 15, 2020 are non-refundable, and all lost funds will be billed to the registered party.
